[It's hard to know what you'll get when Kidou's cooking. Thanks to the fabled Kingcraft curriculum, he's pretty good at making all kinds of things, including food from around the world. Today, it involves a bunch of different spices, if the bottles he's digging out are any indication. There's seven set down on the counter before he gets out measuring spoons and a small bowl, and starts tapping out amounts onto one.

What could this be? It's not like the simpler stuff they HAD been making. (Of course, it can't be. They have a guest, so he has to make something more impressive. It's imperative.) Kidou didn't really think twice about passing Tara in the living room to get here, nor is he paying attention to what she's been doing since then. This may have been a mistake. This may have been a mistake analogous to having fed her in the first place.]
